Shipping Information

Every item will be delivered in a gift box with a special note. Custom orders and orders over $250 will arrive in elegant box

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Delivery lead times vary between products that are in stock and that are made to order. Also, please understand there may be a seasonal impact to lead times. We suggest you check the description underneath each item for a full understanding of delivery options.

In stock: Items in stock are ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Made to Order: Items made to order need to be hand finished and will be shipped within 10-15 business days.
Bridal: Engagement rings and bands are made to order in your specified size. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Custom Order: Items that are custom order, have a longer lead time as they need to be designed, hand crafted, gemstone set and hand finished. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Priority Shipping- All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders are fully insured and have a shipping tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery for theft prevention.

Expedited Shipping- For an additional cost, UPS overnight and UPS 2nd day is available for expedited shipping. Again, a signature is required upon delivery for theft prevention.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. Delivery lead time is and additional 6-10 business days depending on the country. Customer is responsible for any duties, fees or taxes upon receipt. Please contact us in case you have any questions and/or experience an issue with your international shipment.
