Creating a wedding band begins with a sketch, wax carving or 3D design, where every curve and detail is carefully planned. This design is then brought to life as a wax model which serves as a perfect template. The wax model is encased in a heat-resistant mold and melted away to leave a cavity, into which molten gold is poured—a process called casting. Once the metal cools, the rough band is removed from the mold and meticulously hand-refined to smooth edges, perfect shapes, and delicate details. Finally, it’s polished to a flawless shine, turning a once-rough casting into a beautiful, wearable symbol of love.
Every band is made to order in 14K gold and can be customized in width, finish, or metal color. It is a slow, deliberate process that honors what the ring represents.
